I'm a Physician, Mother, and Proud Skin Warrior
I’ve experienced both sides of the skin health equation. As a doctor, I’m highly trained in understanding the health of the skin from a scientific perspective. At the same time, I’m also a proud skin warrior – I’ve dealt with a skin condition known as alopecia areata since I was a child.
I’ve learned a lot about skin health and I’ve been able to transform my own body and mind in the process. Now, it’s my mission to share everything that I’ve learned! There are a lot of important factors that can affect the skin and I know firsthand that traditional medicine tends to ignore many of them.
